Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Every order is made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, so we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email support@norvaneco.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders ship quickly. To change your shipping address or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of purchasing and we will do our best to help before it ships.
